View Full Version : Question about cleaning a Glacier C350i water block?

I have two of these blocks and I'm impressed with the design and look.

However, I got one issue that has popped up. One my new pumps had some debris in it and they made their way into the cpu block and got stuck. I was going to disassemble it and clean it out, the way I would with an EK block, etc. But I noticed the manual said not to disassemble and that it would void my warranty.

I'm OK with voiding the warranty I guess, but is there a reason i shouldn't disassemble it? Like a one time use rubber seal, or something like that? Seems stupid not to be able to open up the water block and clean it out when that's fairly standard practice with every other CPU water block I've owned.....
