Need cooling for my new system

I just received 4 Aorus 1080 TI Xtremes from my work.
I did not realize how thick they were (triple slot).
I need to make them double wide so that I can get all four in my system and need to keep them cool while doing deep learning. I have order 4 "PHANTEKS PH-GB1080TiGB_BK02 for Gigabyte GTX 1080Ti AORUS" off from NewEgg.
My issues is that I have a water cooled CPU now (H20) and would like to replace that or preferably just replace the fan portion with something that will work with you 4 GPU coolers. I have room for a tank, pump and fans as needed.
Any and all suggestions are appreciated.

You didnt tell your cpu type or socket, makes it hard to help..
