New Enthoo cant remove the Front (plastic clips not fixed)

    Hey,
2 days ago i got my brand new enthoo. Now i have a problem to remove the lower part of the front with the dust filters.
I can not remove it by pushing it, because the clips are not fixed, so they are moving backward. So i had to remove the whole front, fix them with my fingers to remove the lower part, thats pretty annoying.

Is their any way to fix or replace them?

    Excuse my englisch!

email Phanteks support. They will help you. But you should be able to take a screw driver and push the back until they are in place.

Well, I had the same problem and they responded with some suggestions. That didn't work and they are sending me new clips. They were prompt and very professional.

I assume Phanteks has solved your problem?

I have a per-production release case that is a little stubborn too. I have found it is much easier to do by removing the bottom 5.25 cover, reaching in and putting fingers on back of the plastic cross-bar built into front housing at bottom of opening, and thumbs on arrows, than squeeze. This works for me no problem. What appears to be my problem is the plastic cross-bar piece flexes back just enough when the push to release latches are pushed that they do not release. Squeezing the front and cross-bar stops the flex and front clicks open.

    Hope that helps!
