    Phanteks PH-TC14PE (Black) suplies (packing)

    Hello.

I have a question. This month i bought abovementioned cpu cooler delivered from Germany.
Inst.manuals says that package contains 1x Fan splitter and 1x PWM adapter 700-1200 RPM.
I figured that my two white fans are both 4 pins. Now I have two questions.

The "problem 1" is that my cooler came without PWM adapter, only with splitter.
Is that normally with new PWM fans. So if this is normal, please tell me why the y-splitter
have one "connection" wihout yellow 12v. It looks like one is 3pin and other 4pin.

    Thanks.

If the supplied fans are 4-pin PWM fans than all you need is 4-pin PWM splitter.

The reason the instructions say "1x OWN adapter" is because the older model fans were not PWM.

    Hope that answers your question.

You probably don't need it now, but manual can be download here
