Have you checked the plug connector on the "dead" light strip?

If you have and know for sure the strip is not working, I suggest another email asking if you could get an independent 3rd party to verify the light strip is dead. Send the email with receipt verification so you know they have received and read it.

    Yeah, Brian is great!

Thanks for your reply! The connector cannot be the issue because it seems odd to me if only 1 portion of the LED is dead. If the entire strip is dead, then I might suspect the cable to be the issue. Not to mention, the dead LED is only affecting the red channel. Whenever I swap to Green, it lights up, but other colours tend to give an incorrect output (like blue in the purple channel). Take a look at the pictures I've attached below.

Also, that seems like a good idea, I might try to send them a 3rd email. I have sent 3 emails already, with waiting times in-between.

My bad. It appears 3 LEDs in a set are not lighting the red LED. LED strips usually run sets of 3 LEDs be they single color or RGB.

Sometimes they seem to have problems with emails reaching the right person. No idea why, but once the message gets to the proper person things get resolved as they should.

The top panel got shipped to me yesterday and installed everything without a hitch. Took them a while but the problem is fixed now, at last.

Phanteks customer service is quite good overall.

But my guess is they do not always have the needed parts for case repairs in stock .. and if they don't it could mean getting in touch with the factory to get them .. which could easily take a couple weeks or more.
