Phanteks RGB sync with MSI Mystic light

Hello, I am trying to sync my rgb in my case which is quite disjointed at the moment. I have a phanteks p400s which came with 2 led strips and a fan hub. I also have an msi b450 tomahawk with rgb and the rgb wraith spire cooler from amd. Currently, the cpu cooler and the mobo are in sync but the case led strips are not. I am getting a phanteks halo frame and rgb led adapter to add to my build. How do I get it to sync up? Should I plug the rgb led adapter into my fan controller? Or should I plug it into my case fan hub? Thanks in advance!

I have asus aura sync and it works absolutely a hundred percent. I think the issue is with the software of MSI not the lights/strips themselves.
