phanteks eclipse p400 suddenly forgot led and fan speed settings

I own a phanteks eclipse p400. as soon as I put my PC together (6 months ago) I set the default led lighting to green using the front button on the case. It remained green until a week or so ago. Now everytime I boot up my PC, the lighting will be red and fan speed set on max. I can still change the colors and fan speed using the buttons, but t just wont remember the settings.


can you please help me understand how I can fix this?

Is this a hardware defect or a software thing?

Late to the party, but I have the same exact issue. Had this problem since day one. Personally, I didn't think anything of it and figured it was just the way it was - couldn't find anything on it. Did you figure out the issue?

Yeah, busted control piece for LEDs. Took my PC to where I bought it and they changed the piece with a new one for free (was still in warranty).

Hope u get it fixed.
