Hello everyone!
this is my first post here!

i own an Eclipse P350X and the RGB was working fine till last 2 weeks the front RBG displays Red instead of Purple.
and the side RBG below the glass suddenly stopped working it was half blinking but now its not working anymore.

the buttons on the case only dim the RBG they don't change or turn off the colors (tested without the RGB software for motherboard)

MB RGB are working correctly with Rams too.

i got Asus ROG Strix-F X470

i sent an email to support but i didn't get a reply so i thought id try here?
