I believe Antec P182SE has 161mm CPU clearance. It would be best if you measured the CPU to side cover distance.. or motherboard to side cover and subtract 8mm (CPU top is 8mm above motherboard) and that is what cooler height is.

PH-TC14PE cooler is 140x134x160mm so cooler will fit, BUT you will only be able to use the middle 140mm fan and may need to remove the thumbscrew from mount crossover bar to set fan low enough to clear your side cover.

I think OCZ DDR3 PC3-10666 Platinum are 33mm tall but I'm not sure. Can you measure it? If it is less than 44mm it will fit under cooler. If it is less than 27mm the front 140mm fan should fit.

You should be able to fit the fan on back of cooler in pull / pull configuration.

What do you not understand in my answer in previous post? "PH-TC14PE cooler is 140x134x160mm so cooler will fit, BUT you will only be able to use the middle 140mm fan."

I double checked and you WILL have to remove the crossbar thumbscrew and either not use one or replace it with either a standard case or HDD mount screw. Each is different, but I can't remember which one is same as the Phanteks thumb screw.

I will help you with information and guidance as much as I can, but I am not going to think and make decisions for you .. not going to cook your meals, do your laundry or support you either.
