Installing water cooling in Enthoo Primo

I have a new Enthoo Primo case, with default fan configuration:
    2x140 on front (intake)
    1x140 on bottom (intake)
    1x140 on rear (exhaust)
    1x140 on top (exhaust)

I have a Corsair H110 water cooling system I want to install in the case.
The cooling system has 2x140 fans and a radiator.
I don't know where to install it, or how to install it.

I was thinking of installing the radiator and fans in the bottom of the case as intake, and moving the fan that's currently on the bottom to the top as output. I've read that it's recommended to have the fans next to the water cooling radiator as intake.

Is this a good idea, or should I use a different configuration?
Also: I can't work out how to remove the bottom fan or radiator bracket. It doesn't appear to be screwed in but I can't budge it.

The best place is in the top as exhaust.
The reason is we what to remove heat from the case and supply other components in the case with cool air. If you mount it as intake you will be pre-heating the air coming into case, and other component will be trying to cool themselves with pre-heateded air .. meaning they will run hotter.
