    Fan connector got burned
As soon as i fired up the system after built a brand new computer in a phantek enthoo luxe ,i saw smoke from the cable and it was totally burned. Luckily system is running just fine after this incident and right now its fanless system. Anyways .. so is this just simply the cable or would it be the fan hub? Fan hub looks like it didnt get any damage it was just the cable got burned.

It's hard to tell if it's cable or hub. If you want to use the hub I suggest you contact Phanteks customer support explaining what happened and request replacement hub and cable just to be safe.
