Sorry for my poor English, it is not my native language;)

A few days ago I bought a cooling Phanteks PH-TC14PE. During installation, there is a problem - one of the finger screws rotate. Cooling could not be properly set up. After removing the problem explained - element shown in the picture was loose. Is it possible to get the defective part? Replacement warranty in my country it takes a few weeks ...

Tell them what you said here and that you can send pictures of the broken piece.

My guess is they will send you a replacement.

Unfortunately, the two departments did not consider it appropriate to write back to me today. Too bad, I thought that the company presents a little better standards ...
On the other hand, I have the opportunity to compare my cooling with cooling friend who bought them half a year earlier. This model is the same and yet a lot has changed. Even the packaging is completely different. Fans too. That's what interests me and I think it changed for the worse. In the appendix photo clasps. On the left side of the new model with the right old. As you can see in the old screw fixation was much better ... You can have any advice how to make the service dealt with the case?

Where are you located?

Sorry, but I don't see a significant difference between left and right pieces.
