Just need some advise for my setup.

I have a Phanteks Enthoo Luxe, Ill be using a H100i Closed loop cooler (That has a single cable CPU fan Lead) and a Gigabyte Z270 Gaming Mobo with 5x PWM Fan headers. How should i go about connecting the fans and what fan into the white plug?

Im thinking H100i to the CPU Fan Header both radiator fans linked to the H100i cooling block.
Then connecting the HUB to one of the SYS PWM connectors.

Or should i ditch the hub and just connect the case fans to the Motherboard.

Here is a link to my Mobo https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-Z270X-Ultra-Gaming-rev-10#kf
Info from Gigabyte:
• All Hybrid Fan Headers can automatically detect the type of cooling device whether it be fan or pump with different PWM or Voltage mode.

Hi and welcome!
At a guess connecting case fans directly to motherboard will work best. You would try it both ways and see which give the best case fan control.
